CHEF - One Woman Show

Based on the monologue by Sabrina Mahfouz, CHEF has debuted as part of the VOILA' Theatre Festival programme at ETCETERA THEATRE in Camden Town on 03/11/2025.

Performed by Miriam Gagino in English and Italian, the show had a few more successful dates in Veneto at Teatro Del Pane, in Brescia at Teatro Borsoni and Rome at Teatro Belli.

CHEF is a fierce, poetic monologue about a brilliant woman whose journey from Michelin-starred kitchens to a prison canteen is told through memories, recipes, and raw emotion.

Blending spoken word, storytelling and culinary metaphor, CHEF is a brutal yet lyrical exploration of womanhood, class, and the systems that confine us.
